If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase please contact us within 3 working days of receiving your goods. Evolve will offer either an exchange or a refund.

We are happy to exchange size or colour for a period of up to 7 days from delivery

Please note that this does not apply on items that are on sale.

In order to return goods for exchange or a refund you must contact us within this period by emailing and we will send further instructions for the return or exchange.

Tips for exchanging your items

  • Items should be returned within five days of receiving your item
  • We cannot process your return until the goods are received
  • We will advise you as soon as we have received your goods
  • We reserve the right to deny a return, if the goods returned do not meet our return policy requirements
  • Shipping costs back to Evolve are the responsibility of the customer unless the goods are faulty
  • All discounted/sale items are final. No returns will be accepted

Wrong Size

Item exchanged for a different size will be processed and shipping at your cost. If we do not have the requested size in stock you will be granted a refund or a credit.

To ensure the best possible fulfilment on your size request, we recommend that you let us know your required size when contacting us for your RA number. This way we can reserve a garment for you.

Exchange Items

If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style or colour you have up to 7 days from receiving your goods to make contact with us for instructions. We will then confirm the availability for your size / colour.


Please remember that refunds will only be authorised if you make contact within 3 days of receiving your goods. Returns are credited in the same manner in which they were originally paid. (Postage and/or custom or import fees are non-refundable)

Faulty Goods

Items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. It is at the discretion of Evolve to determine fault. If you would like to return a faulty item, follow the standard returns process. Upon accpeting the fault of the product, firstly we have the option to repair the fault or replace for the exact product. If we cannot repair or replace you will receive a full refund including your original postage. Unfortunately any levies in the destination country are non refundable.

Lost Returns

Evolve can not be held responsible for reimbursement or compensation for lost packages sent to us. We suggest you insure your package.
